Terms & Conditions

1. Trip cancellation policy: 25 business days or more before departure, the payment is returned in full 100%. 03-25 business days before departure, 30% of the cost will be a loss, 70% refund. 3 business days prior to departure amount is not returned. This rule does not apply to international travel.

2. In case of leaving the tour before the scheduled time and return early, no money will be returned.

3. Rooms are based on double occupancy, if a guest requests a private room for one a single supplement will be charged. In case of 3 or more people, the room is given only with guest’s consent, which is not subject to change later.

4. In case of an agreement to share one room with 2 different people, there can be no changes in the future.

5. Smoking in a non-smoking room designated by the hotel is punishable by a fine.

6. It is forbidden to use electric or gas heaters in the hotel rooms.

7. In-room refrigerators are not guaranteed.

8. Each person is entitled to 1 suitcase weighing 50 lb and a carry-on bag weighing 15 lb.

9. Bringing glass bottles or ice cream to the bus is prohibited.

10. We do not guarantee that rooms for large and small groups are next to each other.

11. Hambik Lux Tours & Travel is not responsible for lost items.
